Cape Cod Signature Half Day Tour

Meet your Guide at the Burger King Plaza on Route 6,. Exit 68, Old Exit 6.

Visit the JFK Memorial and Korean War Memorial in Hyannis, then head east to Chatham Lighthouse, one of Cape Cod’s 14 lighthouses. From Chatham, travel down the historic Old King’s Highway (Route 6a). Experience the road carved by the Natives and Colonials as you drive through Barnstable Village and view the Cape Cod style homes that line the landscape and are still occupied today. Enjoy the sights and learn the history of how Cape Cod came to be. Enjoy picture stops at Saltwater Marshes, Osprey Nests and Cranberry Bogs, the accidental crop of Cape Cod. Move on to beautiful downtown Sandwich, Cape Cod’s oldest town, and the Dexter Grist Mill. End your tour at the Cape Cod Canal with its spectacular views.

Cold beverages and snacks are provided throughout the day. The maximum amount of time spent on the van at one time is 1.5 hours. We make plenty of stops to get out, stretch & use the restrooms.

Travel Regulations

Individuals are required to enter and exit the van with little or no assistance. You will need to bend slightly to access the rear of the van. We cannot guarantee specific seating but will do our best to put you in an area that suits you. Sorry, but we do not have space to store walkers or scooters. Baby seats are prohibited. Booster seats must meet State and Local requirements. 6A staff cannot assist in securing such seats; it is the sole responsibility of the parent. Please let us know of any allergy you may have so we can inform other travelers. Any food that is an allergen to one person will not be allowed in the van. We want everyone to be comfortable. Each person can only occupy one seat and may not obstruct the adjoining seat. Please limit the size of carry-ons. Space is limited when the van is full.
